Most all of us desire some form of connection. The basic emotions
that corrode these connections are: Fear and Shame. They leave us
vulnerable. Feeling we aren't worthy of connectivity. This drove me
personally to be anti social and reclusive. I came across a TED talk on
the matter, changed my entire perspective. Embrace being vulnerable.
Never fear mistakes. I will be wrong. But its this vulnerability that
drives me. Heart open, eyes wide the world permeates me.
